Members/proxies/corporate representatives who wish to attend the EGM physically in person, kindly reserve your seats by contacting the Contact Persons stated below.
Members who are unable to attend the EGM physically are encouraged to appoint Chairman of the meeting to vote on your behalf by indicating the voting instructions on the Proxy Form in accordance with the notes and instructions printed therein.
If you wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf at the EGM, you may deposit your Proxy Form to the Company’s Service Provider, at Unit 20-05, Level 20, Q Sentral, 2A Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur or alternatively, deliver your signed proxy form electronically by sending a scanned PDF version of the original by email to secretary@syarikatong.com latest by 1st October 2025, at 11.30 a.m.
