He is involved in ongoing extensive research on anti-aging cellular therapy since 2006. He works very closely with his Swiss and Asian counterparts in advancing the human understanding of cellular therapy and is eager to share his experiences in this field.
He also actively participates in cancer research. One of his important scientific breakthroughs is the discovery of penetrating tyrosinase inhibitor to reduce the production of melanin for skin beauty and whitening. He also described in his recent publication on the successful construction of retroviral transfection system that could be developed as a means of gene therapy for hepatic carcinoma.

He is the founder of Mediateq Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. (MSC-Status) and holds directorship position in various technology companies.
Datuk Mohamad Razef has wide experience and knowledge in various fields. He is well versed in property development, manufacturing of ceramic products and information technology especially designing, developing, and managing mission-critical fund and technology application solution. He is actively involved in politics and also presently involved in the property development of housing and commercial buildings.
Additionally, Datuk Mohamad Razef is a member of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and acts as an advisor to assist the Investor Chinese from the People’s Republic of China to embark on their investment in Malaysia. Dr. Benjamin George Jr is the eldest son of Dr Benjamin George Sr. He attended National University of Ireland (NUI), and was conferred his MBBCH. BAO, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of the Art of Obstetrics and simultaneously received his LRCP & SI, Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians and Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in Dublin in 1983. In 1990, he received his postgraduate degree at the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) of Edinburgh in Scotland, one of the oldest surgical fellowships founded in 1505 by King James IV that fosters the highest standard of surgical practice.

He went on to become the Senior House Officer at the internationally recognized Royal Preston Hospital, where he was a Doctor in General Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics and Cardiothoracic Surgery.
He is currently Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur and George Plastic Surgery Clinic. He is also a visiting Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Pantai Cheras Medical Centre. He was tasked with overseeing and managing the overall financial affairs and operations of Qinetics, playing an active role in corporate decisions and strategies. Cindee Chew on graduation, has developed a career in the beauty line, including establishing and managing her own beauty business. In the past few years she has been directing the sales and marketing team for Celebre products and services and more recently, the ALPS Group.
In addition to directing the marketing activities, she is also very much involved in the planning and coordination of ALPS Medical tourism activities for both local and the many international clients, mostly from China. As a member of the senior management and director on board, Cindee is also involved in strategic planning and business development for the ALPS Group.
